TURN YOUR COMPLETED APPRENTICESHIP CERTIFICATE FROM DWD into a Technical Studies: Apprentice Associate Degree (WTCS ONLY)

Apprenticeship Programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 400 hours of related instruction for your apprenticeship in a Wisconsin Technical College System college (WTCS).
  • Show proof of journeyman status such as State of Wisconsin certificate from DWD.
  • Interview with the Program Coordinator

TURN YOUR COMPLETED APPRENTICESHIP CERTIFICATE FROM DWD into an Individualized Technical Studies: Associate Degree (NON-WTCS ONLY)

Requirements:

  • Provide proof of related instruction from the training center where related instruction was completed.
  • Completed apprenticeship related instruction hours will be evaluated by the Director of Apprenticeship for up to 36 credits. However, additional technical courses are required as the total must be 45 credits.
  • Interview with the Program Coordinator
  • Show proof of journeyman status such as State of Wisconsin certificate from DWD
  • Pay the CPLE fee for apprenticeship credits
