Milwaukee Area Technical College is proud to offer online tools to help students succeed and help employees support students. Many of these sites will require you to use your MATC login and password.
NEW! myMATC (student/staff portal)
Welcome to the new myMATC Milwaukee Area Technical College’s intranet site - a centralized hub for all things happening at MATC. It is available to both the public (with limited content) and to staff/students (who can personalize their experience when they log in:
Academics: myMATC pulls information from across the college’s many systems into one centralized hub. Check your assignments, grades, GPA, advisor and more.
Community: Find events, students organizations and other interest groups from across the college’s campuses.
Athletics: Find athletics events and other student events in our centralized calendar feature
Customize: Rearrange your hub experience to suit your needs and interests

Blackboard (Bb Learn)
Blackboard (Bb Learn) is the official Learning Management System (LMS) at MATC. Students use Bb Learn to access content for all courses — those delivered online and face-to-face. Instructors utilize Bb Learn for course syllabuses and other resources.
Student Email (Gmail)
MATC Gmail accounts are the college’s student email accounts and are used to send important information to students. Through MATC Gmail accounts, students have access to Google Apps to create documents and store files.
Employee Email (Gmail)
MATC employee Gmail accounts are the college’s employee email accounts. They are used to send important information to employees and serve as the primary means of communicating with fellow employees, instructors, staff, students and college services.
Class Schedule
Students can use this link to search for and find classes that meet their needs and pique their interests. To see classes by subject, simply click on ‘Subject Search.’ To enroll in classes, students must access and log on to the Self-Service site.
Self-Service
The Self-Service system allows students to plan and register for classes (Student Planning), view financial aid (Financial Aid), pay tuition (Student Finance), track grades (Grades), sign up for direct deposit of student refunds (Banking Information), and download various tax forms (Tax Information).
EAB Navigate (for students)
EAB Navigate Student is a one-stop shop to view grades, schedules, administrative requests and more. EAB Navigate Student is available in the Google Play Store for Android devices, the App Store for iOS devices, or use the web platform on your desktop or mobile device.
EAB Navigate (for employees)
EAB Navigate gives employees quick and easy access to student information. View a student’s major, sequence of courses, performance in critical courses and academic status. Employees can use the app to schedule appointments with students, send a group message to all of the majors in their program and refer students to services across the college.
MATC Library
MATC Libraries serves as a virtual guide to the libraries at MATC’s Downtown Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Mequon, and West Allis campuses. Students, faculty and staff can find books and journals, watch online videos (including Films On Demand) and browse research guides.
Password Manager
Password Manager allows employees and students to manage their MATC network accounts. They can change their password, unlock their account (accounts are automatically locked if the number of invalid passwords exceeds a threshold), and reset their password if they forgot it (via Security questions or SMS Text verification), Employees can manage settings such as their primary Campus location and Room Number.
IT HELP DESK
The IT HelpDesk provides robust, courteous and highly-reliable technology infrastructure support to students, faculty, administrators and staff. Reach HelpDesk via the link above, email at helpdesk@matc.edu, chat in Google Hangouts by clicking the plus sign ( + ) in the upper left and searching “MATC-IT Helpdesk,” or call 414-297-6541.
VMware View (VDI) Faculty/Staff Login
Vmware View (VDI) is a remote access option that allows employees or students to connect to an MATC virtual PC/desktop from any location or device. VDI allows access to needed software applications and to files stored on network drives.
Colleague
Colleague is used to store and manage student information, finance data, human resources material, recruiting and retention strategies and other business intelligence.
