Using FInancial AId
If you are using financial aid to pay for your classes, this is not the form to use. All financial aid students must be admitted to an academic program.
Some classes may have prerequisites. A prerequisite is a requirement that a student must fulfill
before registering for a class. Please see the section information of the class for prerequisite
information.

NATSCI – 202 (Anatomy & Physiology2) has the following prerequisite:
Students must be logged in to Self-Service in order to access this form and submit a Prerequisite Waiver request.
