The 6th Street Café on the Downtown Milwaukee Campus nurtures and develops the talents of students in the Baking and Pastry Arts Associate Degree program.
The 6th Street Café is a convenient and inviting space to purchase a variety of pastries, sandwiches, salads, soups, and specialty coffees.
Students create the made-fresh-daily items that the Café sells. Customers can enjoy dining at the Café or purchase items to go.
6th Street Café Hours of Operation
The 6th Street Café will be open for breakfast on Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting September 16, 2026.
Breakfast Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
