Through TECHELP, MATC offers students a way to receive fast and accurate answers and information to many of their information technology questions and concerns.

As one of the Midwest's largest two-year community based technical colleges, MATC instruction demands that students use technologies throughout their curricula. That reality is the major reason the college has created TECHELP, this online support system.

Student success is our priority. We want to ensure that our students use technologies effectively, purposefully and successfully.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY STUDENT EMAIL?

You can check you MATC Gmail account in a variety of ways

Through Google
  1. Visit https://mail.google.com/a/gmatc.matc.edu and click the "sign in" link at the top of the page
  2. Enter username and make sure to leave the @gmatc.matc.edu in the username field and click the next button
  3. Enter your password and click the next button

Through the Student Portal
  1. Visit https://mymatc.matc.edu
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Click on Check my email under the Student email header 
  4. Follow steps 1-3 from the "Through Google" instructions above. 


Through MATC.edu

  1.  Open the menu icon  menu icon  on the top right of any page
  2. Select "Student/Staff Login" from the Resources list
  3. Use the "Student email/Gmail" link and follow steps 1-3 from the "Through Google" instructions above
