An employee resource group (ERG) is a network of MATC employees who share a common identity or interest. ERG membership is open to all employees who share and support the group’s mission.
Employee Resource Groups:
- are dedicated to promoting diversity of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds
- exist to support and sustain a caring culture and positive workplace
- promote a culture of inclusion, genuine curiosity, and care
As officially chartered MATC organizations sponsored by the Office of Community Impact (OCI), ERGs help members connect to MATC’s mission while supporting greater development in career, culture, and community for their members.
