OUR PROGRAMS

Automotive Technology – Comprehensive degree

Learn bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance for automobiles and light trucks.

  • Two-year associate degree at Mequon Campus

Auto Collision Repair and Finish Technician diploma

Repair, restore and spray paint damaged vehicles.

  • Nine-month technical diploma at Oak Creek Campus

Automotive Maintenance Technician diploma 
Automotive Maintenance Technician Light Repair diploma

Fix automotive drive trains and electrical and mechanical systems. Earn an Automotive Express Lube Technician certificate along the way.

  • Nine-month technical diploma at Oak Creek Campus

Diesel and Powertrain Servicing diploma

Maintain and repair heavy-duty equipment powered by diesel or natural gas, such as construction machinery, marine vehicles and trucks.

MATC Drive Initiatives 

MATC Drive is a unique, generously supported public-private partnership that enhances the educational experience for transportation servicing students through community events and specialized support and resources.

  • Hot Rod Crew: A weekly, after-school club for automotive students looking to display their creativity by working on special projects outside the classroom. Students get time to work on their own or their family members' vehicles. Also, employers throughout the region attend these weekly sessions to mentor students and network with them. 
  • Campus Car Show: Held annually at MATC’s Oak Creek Campus on the first Saturday in June, this event brings together car enthusiasts from across our community and features a live DJ and local food trucks. See previous show entries at matccarshow.com
  • Career Seminars: Create a dynamic resume and get tips for interviews.
