MATC proudly celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month in honor of the significant contributions of Hispanic/Latino/a communities to American society. The festivities for Hispanic Heritage Month 2025 will begin on September 16 with an opening ceremony with President Anthony Cruz, dance performance by Panadanza and food from Anytime Arepa. This and all other events will be hosted and sponsored by MATC's Office of Student Engagement and Community Impact, the Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) Committee, Latinx Unidos Student Organization and Student Life. This collaboration aims to celebrate and educate the community about Hispanic culture worldwide.
