About the Human Resources Management Diploma

The Human Resources Management technical diploma program builds and enhances human resources skills for current and aspiring supervisors, managers, lead workers, union officials and those transitioning into roles in human resources. It also ladders into the Human Resources and Leadership Development associate degree programs.

Designed for both emerging and experienced professionals, the program supports career advancement through human resources-focused training. 

Courses are taught in eight- or 12-week sessions. Not all courses are offered online. In-person attendance will be necessary to complete this technical diploma.
