About the Credential
Badge earners can develop functional web pages using HTML5 and CSS. They can write code, apply creative and aesthetic concepts of design and development of web pages including: responsive web design, web typography, graphic file formats, frameworks and file management systems. Learners utilize website authoring, coding, and computer graphics software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Github.
HOW TO earn a Credential
MATC’s digital badges are an easy way for earners to share their verifiable knowledge and skills both socially and professionally.
All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.

Tuition for Individual MicroCredentials and Badges is paid for by the student. However, if you plan to further your education with a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree, financial aid and scholarships may be available. Please meet with your Pathway Advisor before registering for more information.
