About the Credential
The Risk Management Badge is typically awarded to students who have foundational knowledge in the elements of risk management (health, safety, and security), which include general HR Management; Safety in the Workplace; Employment Law; Business Ethics, and Diversity and Change Management.
HOW TO EARN A Credential
MATC’s digital badges are an easy way for earners to share their verifiable knowledge and skills both socially and professionally.
All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.

Tuition for Individual MicroCredentials and Badges is paid for by the student. However, if you plan to further your education with a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree, financial aid and scholarships may be available. Please meet with your Pathway Advisor before registering for more information.
