About the Credential
The IT Desktop / Networking digital badge is for new IT professionals to showcase help desk and troubleshooting skills along with communication and professionalism to clients and end users. Completion of this digital badge earns the participant 9 credits in the IT Networking program at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.
