About the Credential

Successful completion of all 3 training modules will provide earners with the instruction, knowledge, and practical skills required to manage frontline workers, and make proactive, critical day-to-day operational decisions that will benefit the overall success of the organization and influence the work of direct reports.

HOW TO earn a Credential

MATC’s digital badges are an easy way for earners to share their verifiable knowledge and skills both socially and professionally.  

All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.

Tuition for Individual MicroCredentials and Badges is paid for by the student. However, if you plan to further your education with a Technical Diploma or Associate Degree, financial aid and scholarships may be available. Please meet with your Pathway Advisor before registering for more information.
