All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.

Leadership Development
Develop effective leadership skills crucial to today’s workforce. This program is designed for those in a full-time leadership position, as well as individuals seeking preparation for a future leadership role. Core courses are taught online in eight-week sessions; remaining technical courses are offered as online and face-to-face options.
