About the Badge

The earner of this badge will be proficient in the principles, theory, and hands-on activities as related to customer service, which includes providing effective customer satisfaction in any business organization domestic or international. Skills learned include effective listening, oral and written communication, analytical and problem solving skills and teamwork.


HOW TO EARN A BADGE
