Earners of this badge will have a formal understanding of effective bilingual customer service practices, which includes, but is not limited to, professionalism/ conventional behaviors of the workplace, as well as customer service etiquette for in-person, telephone, and email communication.
HOW TO EARN A BADGE
MATC’s digital badges are an easy way for earners to share their verifiable knowledge and skills both socially and professionally.
All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.

The cost of earning a digital badge is paid through tuition. If you earn the badge as part of a larger technical diploma or associate degree program, tuition also may be covered through Financial Aid.
