Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with support from Milwaukee Area Technical College's Financial Aid and Recruitment teams. They will guide you through the application and help you understand the financial aid you may qualify for.

Save time before you arrive:
Three days before the event, go to studentaid.gov and create your FAFSA account to get your Federal Student Aid ID and access to the FAFSA form.
What to bring:
- Your Social Security number and your parents' if you are a dependent
- Dates of birth, marriage, divorce ahd death for yourself and your parents
- Tax info:
- 2023 tax returns and W-2s for the 2025-2026 FAFSA
- 2024 tax returns and W-2s for the 2026-2027 FAFSA
- Most recent bank balances
- Info on any other income and assets
