About the Badge
Leadership Germantown is a program designed to develop leaders within our Wisconsin community. This is accomplished by: providing quality programs that develop and enhance leadership skills, creating awareness of how each individual can make a difference in their community, and building connections with other leaders and professionals.
HOW TO earn a Badge
MATC’s digital badges are an easy way for earners to share their verifiable knowledge and skills both socially and professionally.
All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.
Earning Criteria
Course Name | Credits |
---|---|
Community Volunteer | Complete 4 hours of community volunteering |
Instruction and activity | Engage in over 60 hours of instruction and activity. |
Team Project | Participate in a team project |
The cost of earning a digital badge is paid through tuition. If you are applying for the badge only, options include paying in full, a payment plan, or third-party sponsorship, however you will not be eligible for Financial Aid. If you earn the badge as part of a larger technical diploma or associate degree program, tuition also may be covered through Financial Aid.
