Gain the entry-level skills that will help companies achieve overall goals through the management of their key resource: their employees. Specialized areas in the profession include recruitment, selection, training and development, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits.

Career Outlook: New legislation and court rulings revising standards in healthcare, occupational safety, wages, retirement plans and other areas are expected to increase demand for human resources personnel and labor relations experts.
