It can be challenging for students to balance papers and exams with work and other commitments. Add a college-level sport and schedules can get even more intense. Despite the challenges, Milwaukee Area Technical College student-athletes demonstrate their commitment to both athletics and academics. MATC is proud to recognize eight students in four different sports who achieved at least a 3.6 grade-point average (GPA) and met other criteria to be awarded the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Academic Achievement Award.
