Retention Alert

Retention Alert is the student's connection to academic support services when there is a need.

It is the goal of Retention alert staff to:

  • Connect students with the Retention Coordinator
  • Determine the support area or areas that best fits the student's need
  • Work with student and faculty as necessary
  • Provide continuous follow-up regarding the services being accessed
