MATC Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

We understand that being a college student can be both exciting and overwhelming. When you need additional support, MATC has multiple mental health support options to help you work through whatever challenges you may be facing. All services are confidential and offered at no cost to students.

Counseling can help you process your feelings, identify options, set goals, and strengthen coping skills. Our Counselors provide a welcoming and safe environment to discuss a variety of issues, including:

  • Job Loss & Financial Stress
