About the Credential
This program’s coursework prepares you to operate a real estate office, or work for commercial real estate firm, overseeing real estate transactions. Employment of real estate brokers and sales agents in the U.S. is projected to grow 6% from 2016 to 2026. You can earn the Property Management certificate and Real Estate Salesperson certificate on the way to completing this technical diploma. Your credits can be applied toward completing the Real Estate associate degree.
HOW TO earn a Credential
MATC’s digital badges are an easy way for earners to share their verifiable knowledge and skills both socially and professionally.
All MATC’s digital badges are earned when the identified course(s) within the badge are all completed with a grade of C or better. This more immediate method of delivering credentials allows our students to showcase their hard-earned skills faster and stand out to employers sooner.
