About the Credential

This digital badge demonstrates that the person has gone through courses that explain the basics of building systems including heating, cooling, air handling, hot and chilled water, lighting systems, building envelope, psychrometrics, fire protection, and security systems. Course work is a mix of lecture and hands-on including tracing out primary and secondary piping systems, using software to demonstrate processes, setting up trends in controls, and programming a lighting control system.
