MATC is marking National Apprenticeship Week by celebrating “Women in Apprenticeship!”

Apprenticeships are key to growing the economy, addressing supply chain disruptions, advancing race and gender equity and supporting underserved communities. Women play a critical role.

The college is bringing together journey workers, MATC faculty, potential apprentices and community leaders to talk about ways to connect more women with apprenticeships. Partners for the conversation include Employ Milwaukee, Harley-Davidson, We Energies, Walbec Group, retired MATC Dean Dorothy Walker and more.
