Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society - Fall and Spring Semesters
PTK Open Enrollment Periods: CLOSED
*Note: Only completed applications (with receipt of payment via MATC Cashier) will be accepted on or before the due date. More specifically, all completed applications must be received by or in the Office of Student Life - Milwaukee Campus - Room S303 on or before October 28, 2016 for potential induction during Fall semester –OR– February 24. 2017 for potential induction during Spring semester (not postmarked enroute).

Induction Ceremony Confirmation Form - Guests limited to 6
Completion of at least 24 associate degree credits taken at MATC (8 may be transfer) with a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade-point average. PTK is open only to students enrolled in associate degree programs. An application and a one-time $80 membership fee is required to join the society.
Lifetime membership with various opportunities including recognition, transcript notation, and educational scholarships.
Eligible students are notified in September for the Fall semester and in January/February for the Spring semester via U.S. Mail.
