Campus Card
A student ID and so much more, your Campus Card gives you access to:
Check-out privileges at four campus libraries
Academic Support Centers
Campus computer labs
Athletic facilities (Downtown Milwaukee Campus only)
Receive financial aid checks
Registration for upcoming semesters
Discounts for which a Student ID is necessary
If you're taking more than three credits, the $6 Campus Card fee is automatically added to your tuition/fee invoice. If you enroll in three credits or less, pay the fee to the campus cashier and visit a Campus Card office below.
Hours for the campus card stations at each campus (subject to change): Milwaukee Campus - TCF Bank area on the third floor of the Student Center Monday and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Wednesday - 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. Thursday - 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m Friday: Closed
Oak Creek Campus - Located in Student Services Monday - Friday - Call 571-4715 to get hours for semester
West Allis Campus - Located in Student Life - Room A133 Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Friday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Evening hours by appointment
Mequon Campus - Located in Student Life - Room A118 Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Evening hours by appointment
If you lose your card, you will be charged $12 for replacement.
You will not need to renew or update your card if you continue to take more than three MATC credits. If you take three or fewer credits, you must reactivate the card each semester.

Reporting Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards, and Liability for Card Use
Report lost or stolen cards to the Campus Card Office or Campus Card Station at each campus during normal business hours.
The account holder is liable for any unauthorized charges that may occur to lost or stolen cards.
After normal business hours, report a lost or stolen card by e-mail at campuscard@matc.edu If you give notice of a lost or stolen card by telephone, you must confirm this in writing within 48 hours, to the Campus Card Office/Station.
Lost or stolen card can be reported by using the Online Card Office (available soon).
