E-mail an Online Tutor

Before you begin, complete a Tutor client reporting form. This information is required by the state and impacts the funding MATC receives to keep programs such as the online tutor, available to students.  If you have already completed the form the summer session, you don't need to complete it again.

Enter the homework question you are working on along with the following information:

  • Textbook name, page numbers and problem numbers whenever possible.
  • Specify the parts of the problem or concepts you do not understand.
  • Show what work you have already done on the problem. This will help your tutor understand where you need help.

Allow 24 hours for a response to your question (weekends excluded).Remember to complete the Tutor client reporting form.
