A criterion considered in the petition process is verification of student residency. As directed by TCS 10, students selected via the petition process are chosen based on MATC district residency, then Wisconsin non-district residency, followed by non-residents, unless otherwise articulated. |

Dental hygienists work under the direct supervision of dentists and perform such duties as teeth cleaning, fluoride treatments and local anesthesia, dental x ray processing and dental health counseling. Employment prospects for licensed dental hygienists are very good. Positions may be found in private dental offices, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes and school settings.
