Enter the dynamic hospitality industry with the training and skills in customer service, front-office procedures and housekeeping operations that employers seek.
Coursework also covers fundamental principles of marketing and sales related to the hospitality field. This certificate program includes an internship for hands-on experience. 

Career Pathway — The credits earned in this certificate program can be applied toward completing the Hotel/Hospitality Management associate degree. Credits also can be applied toward completing the Waukesha County Technical College's Hotel and Restaurant Management program. See your program advisor for details.


Preparation for Admission — High school diploma or GED is required for admission to the program.
