Dental Hygiene Pinning - Spring 2022
On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at MATC’s Downtown Milwaukee Campus, Dental Hygiene students received their pins, signifying completion of their studies and their eligibility to join the profession. Students were addressed by Dr. Eric Gass, interim dean of the Healthcare Pathway; Tonia Morley, chair of the Dental department and of the Dental Hygiene program; and Stephanie (Stevie) Teufel, Student American Dental Hygienists’ Association (SADHA) advisor. Student Michelle Myers, social chair and educational coordinator for SADHA, also addressed the group, and student Luis Cruz won the Golden Scaler Award.
