Food Science Technology Classes Begin in Spring Semester

Classes in MATC's Food Science Technology associate degree program will be offered for the first time during the Spring semester, which begins Tuesday, January 21. 

The program prepares students for careers in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. MATC worked closely with FaB Milwaukee to develop this program and the food manufacturing industrial maintenance and food manufacturing and processing technical diploma programs that also were recently introduced.
