Full-Service Welcome Centers Open
at MATC's Four Campuses
All four MATC campuses have full-service Welcome Centers where current and prospective students can work with staff to address a variety of issues. Students can receive service at any of the Welcome Centers, no matter where they intend to take courses.
Services include:
Admissions
Admissions application process assistance
Admission status checks
Collection of:
Official transcripts
Program(s) Change/Add/Re-admit Forms
Process non-cash payments for admission fee(s)
Initial setup of New GED/HSED and AHS students (AHS only at downtown)
Registration
In-person registration for special circumstances
Create new accounts for non-program students
Re-set INFOnline password
Processes non-cash payments for course fees (including payment plan setup)
Assistance with online Prerequisite request form
Financial Aid
Online financial aid application assistance
Financial aid application status checks
Collection of financial aid documents (for example, Verification, Loan and Special Circumstances documents)
Loan counseling and Master Promissory Note status and assistance
