MILWAUKEE (Nov. 19, 2010) - Milwaukee Area Technical College received the Annual Civil Rights Award from Voces de la Frontera at the organization’s second annual Reaching for the American Dream Gala on Nov. 18.

MATC and Milwaukee Public Schools were recognized for “strong leadership and passage of resolutions to boycott Arizona for its passage of SB 1070.”
