Public Forum to be Held Sept. 9
to Discuss MATC Presidential Profile
MILWAUKEE (Sept. 2, 2009) - The Milwaukee Area Technical College District Board invites and encourages all interested parties at MATC and in the broader community to attend a public forum to provide feedback on the draft of the “Presidential Profile,” a description of the desirable qualifications, experience and traits for MATC’s next president. The document is accessible at http://matc.edu/presidentialsearch/presidential_profile.html and print copies will be available at the public forum.
The forum will be held Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 5-6 p.m. in Room S120 on MATC's Downtown Milwaukee Campus, 700 W. State St.

On Aug. 4, 2009, the Milwaukee Area Technical College District Board announced the search to identify the next president of MATC was underway. The Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) is assisting the board in designing and conducting the presidential search.
