This one-semester program is a smart step toward a management career in the food-service industry. It focuses on learning to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.
Career Outlook: Program graduates have the entry-level skills to be employed as first-line supervisors of workers performing food preparation and food serving.
Career Pathway: After completing this technical diploma, the credits can be applied toward earning the Culinary Management associate degree.
