Through hands-on coursework, learn to help end-users on the enterprise to administer, troubleshoot and deploy Windows and Mac OSX computers and servers, iOS, Android and Windows smartphones and tablets.
Students also prepare for industry-sought certifications including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Mobility+, HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), HDI-Deskside Support Technician, ITIL Foundation, Apple OSX Certified Professional (ACSP), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Exam 70-680), Microsoft Enterprise Technical Support (Exam 70-685), CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+.
