IT Computer Support Specialist


Mequon, Oak Creek and West Allis campuses 


Through hands-on coursework, learn to help end users on the enterprise to administer, troubleshoot and deploy Windows and Mac OSX computers and servers, iOS, Android and Windows smartphones and tablets. Students also prepare for industry-sought certifications including CompTIA A+, CompTIA Mobility+,  HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA), HDI-Deskside Support Technician, ITIL Foundation, Apple OSX Certified Professional (ACSP),  Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Exam 70-680), Microsoft Enterprise Technical Support (Exam 70-685), CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+. The hands-on activities use state-of-the-art technologies: Windows 8.1, iOS 8, iPad Air, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, Google Nexus, Microsoft Surface Pro, Apple OSX Mavericks, Microsoft Office 2013 and more.

Career Outlook: IT support specialists are in high demand. Typical positions include Windows, OSX and Mobile Device Support Specialist, Service Center Technician, IT Field Technician and Network Administrator.
