Most of the pages in Blackboard are created out of a database and don't exist as a separate file (this is also why you may see a message about "Missing Data").  To navigate through Blackboard, use the buttons and links provided on the pages and Not the browser Back button. 

Note:  The browser Back button may work on some pages, but these are the exceptions and not the rule.
