Novell / Blackboard Password Manager

Prior to using this service, you will be asked to create two"Challenge Questions" the first time you login.  Please provide two Questions and Answers that only you will know the answers to. In the event you forget your Novell / Blackboard password, these questions and answers will be used to verify your identity and will allow you to change your password.

You may use your character ID or your COSMO ID number to log into the Password Manager. Your character id is your Novell login id as well as your Gmail alias.
