Consider using your work study award towards an internship or off campus experience. MATC can partner with nonprofit organizations including hospitals, community centers, schools, and government offices to arrange off campus employment and help pay wages for unpaid positions. To be eligible, students must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be eligible for work study funds.
  2. Be enrolled in an MATC program which requires an internship.
  3. Have successfully completed the course INTRN-796.
  4. Plan to use the off-campus employment experience for your program internship requirement.
  5. The internship must be at a nonprofit and be originally unpaid.
