Mobile Classroom for Middle-School Students

MATC’s mobile classroom will provide STEM exploratory activities for grades 5 – 8.
The learning opportunities are aligned with STEM careers in Advanced Manufacturing, Automation, Robotics and Mechatronics. 

The college is now working to adapt opportunities to the COVID-19 era.

OFFERED ACTIVITIES:

  • Industry 4.0 Foundation learning activities (grade appropriate for 5th-8th) – hands-on, project-based curriculum and equipment, including:
  • Elementary STEM Activities – Introduction to STEM and basic exploration
  • Data Analytics and Alternative Energy – Understanding concepts in renewable energy, wind power and electric mobility
  • Additive Manufacturing – 3D printing process builds three-dimensional objects
  • ALSO:
    • Autonomous Vehicles and Drones
    • Robotics and Automation
