Women's Basketball Player Trisha Patton Named MATC's First NJCAA All-American

MATC women's basketball player Trisha Patton has been named to the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) DIvision III All-America First Team. She is the first player in MATC history to earn this honor.

Patton had a stellar 2014-2015 campaign - she was selected the North Central Community College Conference (N4C) Player of the Year, earned First Team All-N4C honors, and also named to the All-Region IV Team.

On the national stage Patton, a native of Green Bay and East High School graduate, finished 6th in scoring (589 points), 14th in total rebounds (300), and 15th in shooting percentage (54%) during the season.

MATC finished the season ranked 10th in the NJCAA national poll, and closed the season with a record of 24-9. The Stormers lost in the Region IV Championship game.
