Bumper-to-bumper diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance will be taught on automobiles and light trucks. The Automotive Technology programs are: Ford ASSET (Automotive Student Service Educational Training), MOPAR CAP (Career Automotive Program) and CART (Comprehensive Automotive Repair Technology). Manufacturer credentials are earned in ASSET and CAP programs.

Career Outlook: The demand for trained automotive technicians is high. Employment opportunities exist with dealerships, mass merchandisers, service stations and corporate industry.
Career Pathway: You can earn the Automotive Technology Maintenance Light Repair technical diploma on your way to completing this associate degree.

Special Admission Requirements: A dealership sponsor is required to provide applied automotive experience opportunities. Program advisors will help you locate a sponsoring dealership.
