Working to ensure the integrity of metals is a key element in the manufacturing process. Students will gain essential skills in this important function of industry through coursework that centers on material testing, statistical process control, principles of metallography and more. The labs and lectures offered through this certificate program provide a solid background in metallurgy that employers seek. 

Start Dates: August/January

All credits in this certificate must be earned at MATC with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
Student must initiate the request for the certificate upon completion of its requirements.
