MATC Online Student Orientation

Online Orientation

Research suggests that students enjoy a higher success rate and quicker acclimation to the college environment by participating in an orientation. To help students become familiar with the MATC community, an online orientation has been developed to provide more tools for college success. Our online orientation offers essential information, such as an overview of the MATC campuses, how to register for classes, complete with a registration simulation, what an academic program plan is, as well as essential details such as where that needed cup of coffee can be purchased.

NOTE: Prior to the orientation, you will need to activate your MATC Account by clicking on “Activate My MATC Account” under Quick Links on MATC.edu and following the prompts.

To view the online orientation you will need:
  • Minimum 1 Mbs Internet connection (recommended)
  • Minimum Internet Explorer 6 or higher; Firefox 2.0 or higher; Google Chrome
If you do not have a computer that meets these requirements, you can complete the online orientation at any campus Welcome Center.
If you experience technical problems with the orientation and want to report an error, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 414-297-6541.
If you are unable to access the orientation due to a disability please contact the Student Accommodations Office at 414-297-6750.

If you have questions in regards to the orientation process, please contact the Admissions Office at 414-297-8628 or 414-297-8938.
