Faculty Nomination Procedures*
Faculty Nomination form*- This form is given to a faculty member of your program (non liberal arts courses) and must be submitted with your application. 
Induction Ceremony Confirmation Form  -  Guests limited to 6

Eligibility Requirements:

Completion of at least 24 (8 of which may be transfer) associate degree or 12 technical diploma (1 or 2 year diploma) credits with a 3.5 or higher cumulative grade-point average. An application and a one-time $35 membership fee is required to join the society.

Benefits: 

Opportunity for educational scholarships to four-year colleges, identification of
employment opportunities, National Dean's List recognition, transfer assistance to
senior institutions, transcript notation and more.

Notification Timetable:

Eligible students are notified at the end of August for the fall semester and in mid-
February for the spring semester.
