Retention Alert is the student's connection to academic support services when there is a need.

It is the goal of Retention alert staff to:

Connect students with the Retention Coordinator
Determine the support area or areas that best fits the student's need
Work with student and faculty as necessary
Provide continuous follow-up regarding the services being accessed
