On-Campus RECRUITMENT
Meet potential interns or future employees for your company.  Choose any or all four MATC campus locations for your recruitment needs.  There is no fee for this service.

Two options:  Information Tables - We will reserve a space for you on campus.  Bring your displays, literature and other information to generate interest in your company.  Student Employment Services will advertise your visit.

Recruitment Services and Events - We can design an event or service to meet your needs.  Services include resume collection, building interview schedules and reserving private space for interviews. 

JOB Fairs
Student Employment Services collaborates with College Recruitment to offer unique events for employers and students.  MATC Job Fairs draw qualified employment candidates as well as those seeking informatioin about future education and employment.  Meet qualified candidates or generate interest among students for you future workforce needs, meet instructors who educate your future empoyees, and learn about additional classroom opportunities on campus.  For information and a schedule of upcoming Job Fairs, employment activities and recruitment events, see the Employment Resources page.

Hiring an INTERN
You are invited to join a win-win partnership between employers and talented students.  MATC has created innovative programs that match students' skills and career ambitions with local employer needs.

The college's commitment to hands-on, occupational-based instruction ensures you'll find the right match for your company.  At the same time, you'll be giving a qualified student a valuable opportunity for work experience.  A faculty member will work with your company to establish and coordinate a successful internship experience.
