Quality Customer Management Certificate

Business and Information Technology Division, Mequon and Oak Creek Campuses

This certificate program is offered through the MATC Marketing Department. Enhance profitability with quality improvement problem-solving techniques. Five courses (15 credits) include Managing for Quality, Supervision, Selling Principles, Business Communications and Customer Service Management.
