Learn English: English as a Second Language/English Language Learners Program

Program Goals

  1. To prepare students for postsecondary courses and programs.
  2. To help students learn English so they may function more effectively at work, at home and in the community.

ESL/ELL students learn in a variety of ways: group, individualized, computer-assisted language learning, Weekend College and online. A student may choose courses in oral language development, vocabulary improvement, reading and writing skills, pre-employment English, and computer skills.
